It’s sure easy to tell that Fall is just about here…as in, the Autumnal Equinox starts on Friday, September 22. it’s time to pull out those cozy sweaters to get us thru the crisp and chilly mornings. And, it’s not too soon to schedule your flu and/or pneumonia shots. As the leaves start turning and we sleep a little longer, know there are some health benefits to that extra hour of sleep. A recent study shows that the number of fatal heart attacks drops by an average of 20% after the Autumn switch. That extra hour in bed does us a world of good – so snooze away!
